We have heard from many of our members and guests that they would love to attend this event but the overall price tag was well above what they felt comfortable to pay. We listened and are making changes. Every person that had previously signed up will be getting a refund for tonight's event and we are going to change the event slightly to allow more people to attend.

 

We have cut the price to just $229 per person with 25% off for the second guest (use code Unicorn2ndGuest) and 3rd guest (use code Unicorn3Guests) and 50% of the 4th guest (Use code Unicorn4Guests) all paid on the same ticket. So for a group of 4 the price would be just $171 per person.

The Unicorn of Whiskey Tastings is a private, one-night-only experience offering pours of some of the most coveted bottles in the world, including King of Kentucky, Old Forester Birthday Bourbon, Heaven Hill 90th Anniversary, Heaven Hill 19 yr, WhistlePig Boss Hog XII, Michter's 20 yr, and additional rare, highly allocated selections. This Private event will be an intimate format to ensure every pour is savored, discussed, and appreciated at the highest level. All pours will be discussed by different brand ambassadors.

 

Each ticket unlocks a lineup whose retail value would be nearly impossible to replicate by the glass. King of Kentucky bottles are extremely rare and reach as much as three thousand dollars on the secondary market, making single pours in premium bars run as much as $500 dollars, if you can even find it (Less than 600 bottles where produced and we are the only bar in LA/OC to receive an allocation). Old Forester Birthday Bourbon releases regularly sell for over $1200 per bottle, while WhistlePig Boss Hog XII is priced around $600 at retail as an ultra-premium rye, and Heaven Hill 90th Anniversary carries a suggested retail price of about $400 per bottle as a limited release. Taken together, the estimated retail value of the tasting pours alone exceeds $700 per guest, making the $229 ticket a rare chance to experience this tier of whiskey in a single, curated night.​

 

Guests will be greeted with a handcrafted The Macallan welcome drink on arrival and receive exclusive event swag as a keepsake of this singular experience.. Throughout the evening, the whiskeys will be paired with a decadent menu featuring Pulled Pork Sliders, Smoked Ribs with Bourbon Glaze, and Pork Belly Burnt Ends, complemented by a refined selection of cheeses, nuts, and dark chocolates to highlight different flavor profiles in each pour.

 

This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to taste true unicorn bottles side by side in a private, elevated setting. With extremely limited seating and no plans to repeat this exact lineup, this is the whiskey event serious enthusiasts will be talking about for years to come.
